Worked out in my apartment gym today, quick 20 minute workout… Sucked ass, no dips, nothing… Just did some machine bench and some light DB presses/flys…

Great WO today… Did very little rest between sets… Especially at the end, I did almost zero rest between exercises… Really felt a good burn and totally fatigued myself…

What a crappy workout… Went to a new gym, only had 1 squat rack, and some guy was deadlifting just the bar!!?!? I asked him how many sets he had and he said “I do 200 reps, so like 20 more sets, I just started”… (I saw him about 25 minutes later, still deadlifting the bar…) Anyway, so I did smith machine squats and hated it… Did all the various other machines… Only good thing was the vaginator… I hate shitty gyms with shitty people
