Another decent "getting back into it/I’m a pussy" workout

Legs felt good, wrist was perfect on deads… All was good…

Zercher squats are interesting btw, I liked the variation, but even with just 135lbs it was uncomfortable where the bar was resting in the crook of my arm… Don’t know how much heavier I could go comfortably…

First day back in the gym in a LONG time was pretty humbling… And I am going to be taking time off next week and the week after for 2 weeks of travel… I will keep these easy/mild workouts going for the next 5-6 days till I leave on travel, and then when I get back, I am going to start an anabolic switch cycle with 5 days of weights and 1 day of cardio per week… It will be intense…

OK, I have been sick with a cold for the past 2 days, and decided to go into the gym today… Felt sick, but was still able to get a decent workout… Good thing is that when I did 1 set of deads, my wrist felt perfect! But I was definitely a little light-headed and faint/weak… Probably the cold medicine and lack of sleep… Good news is I did 10 reps of 225 like it was nothing on deads, which made me happy…

OK, so I decided NOT to use my right arm (wrist) at all during today’s workout… I mean, my right arm is slightly bigger/stronger anyway, so I figure this one workout will even me up

lol, seriously, I didn’t want to agitate my right wrist anymore than it already is but I wanted to hit the gym, so I decided to try everything with only my left arm… It’s f**king hard!!! Takes more than double the strength to do 1/2 the weight, easily, especially on free weights like the military press… Talk about a balancing act! hahaha… People looked at me like I had a paralyzed right arm or something… Musta thought I fapped too much the night before
