Took a few days off… Back in the gym today, didn’t do deadlifts as I’m trying not to do anything where I have to use my hands (wrist pain)… I am going to do this for 2 weeks, hoping my wrist will heal itself!

On a positive note, I am officially over 180lbs… I’ve weighted in between 180.8 and 181.5 every morning for the past 3 days, so I think it’s safe to say I’ve hit my 180 goal… Next stop, 185
