Ran into some people at the gym and started chatting after the seated leg extension so I ended my workout early… I felt good about it today, I had lots of PR’s, legs are finally starting to come along… My grip is still lagging though… On pronated deadlift especially… on 225 pronated dead my grip totally failed on the 7th rep and I lost the bar on the pull… I went and did 1 farmers walk for about 20 seconds with 100lb DB’s cause I was so upset…

I think I’m going to add farmers walk to my chest day, since that’s the workout where I use the least amount of grip strength…

Pretty good workout today… I felt almost back in the groove… Did great on the lying leg press with 10 reps of 3 plates on each side full ROM, but it totally exhausted me and I could barely get 1 rep of 4 plates, lol…
