Back After a Much-Needed Vacation
Tuesday, July 14th, 2009Just got back into the gym last week after a month-long, and much-needed vacation in the U.S. Although I did some daily walking and a few Muay Thai classes (and one cross-fit class that kicked my anus), I didn’t weight train. Once we got back to post, I felt like a new man. I’ve been back in the gym for about a week now, and I feel terrific!
I recommended a couple of weeks or so of rest every three to four months or so. It does the body much good.
