WTF? I don’t understand!!
Ok, First of all i want to come out and say I really don’t understand why people come on here and say they want to inspire and try to help other people by making people pay for their advice and opinions? WTF? It seriously pisses me off. I come on here and try to help anyone in any way i can no matter if I know exactly what I’m talking about or I don’t I still try to help. When i do get in the best shape of my life( without using anyones extreme fat plan and workout plans, etc.) I will help anyone who wants help without it having to cost them a penny. I just dont see paying someone else 45$ and up on something just to help them get in the best shape of their lifes(supposely). COME ON NOW!! Isn’t this supposed to be a site where you can seek workout and nutritional advice for free? I thought so anyways, but I guess if people keep buying the plans and stuff more power to them who make it! Personally I’m not going to buy any kind of plan from anyone I will make one up my damn self and be 20 times better than them. All it takes is a diet and hard work. You can accomplish anything you set your mind to!

While I completely understand your point I also understand why people are charging for their services. They’re trying to make a living out of personal training. That being said I don’t think they should be able to charge until they’re certified, which some people aren’t. Good luck with your fitness goals. There is TONS of info in the forums and online as well to help you along.

I agree. When people find out I lost 50lbs they ask what my secret is. I tell them diet and exercise. I mean isnt it obvious! Eat better food and get off your ass! It really is that simple. I never once bought anything from anyone to help me get to where I am today.
Very good blog!

It’s true diet and hard work is the only way you lose it not by doing this and that and just by taking a supp. It’s all in how you do work. Supps just help you acheive your goals a little faster than you would normally. GOOD LUCK to all

I agree with you Dusty. I’ve just hired a personal trainer at my gym and his philosophy is hard work and diet and really doesn’t agree with any supps except protein shake and multivit. I say use your best judgement with other people and ignore the ones who aren’t serious or are only looking to make a buck. Just know, we’re not all like that!
