I rather miss a day of training then a meal
I think a good rule to live by is the "I rather miss a day of training then a meal" rule. Its a big fact that alot of people take their nutrition to lightly(im not saying im perfect either) but at least I trie to get a good amount of fat, protein and carbohydrates during the day. But thats the problem when you see guys in the gym that are there everyday when you are to, there training hard and doing good lifts but they dont grow and they are frustrated ofcourse. Trust me in my early years I been there to, missing school lunch cause you thought it was no good, drinkin weight gainers instead of food and doing all that stupid shit..did I grow? The anwser is NO. I did not see a single pound of bodymass appear.
Yesterday I was feeling a bit worn out(some damm virus or cold or something) and I missed my breakfast so dident eat until lunch. And then I decided to hell with workin out, so I took the day off, and as they say breakfast really is the most important meal of the day.
So live by this rule guys,and remember if you wanna be big or even remolty close, you have to eat all the time, anywhere, anyhow…
