Here’s a summary of what happened that night:
It was late night for me, I had worked a late shift and was really tired, I was planning to get on the Misc., fool around a bit, spread some reps, bore myself and going to bed, I found CJ’s thread, and I saw his webcam, the thread was on the 3rd page then, people were starting to panic a bit and as soon as I saw his cam I knew it was not a loop and the guy was actually not breathing, I sensed that it was an emergency, so I scanned the Internet and found out his name, number, where he lived (not exact address though) and pics. I posted them on the Misc. and thought someone would use the information.
Half an hour later, to make things convenient, I posted the Miami police’s details on the CJ thread hoping someone would call them, nobody did but people insisted he was faking it, Then I sent an email to Miami police about the situation but the email bounced, after this I thought I would have to do something about it since nobody else was calling the cops or taking it seriously, and stole my dad’s cellphone, called up the Miami cops and spoke to 4 people about it, they kept giving the phone to each other, and nobody understood the emergency of the situation when I told them that I was calling from a different country and the dude was dying.
All those people did was give me the number of the Broward County’s sheriff, my dad’s cell ran out of International calling credit, I posted Broward County Sheriff’s number on the Misc. I also sent them an email about the situation, then I went back and stole my mom’s cell, I then called Broward’s Sheriff’s office, the people there told me that three people had already called and they were on it. (The first guy to call them was jjlee138). I then explained the situation to them again and hoped for the best. The cops came after 15 minutes of my call and blocked the webcam.
Thats it.

So I have this workout where I work half my bodyparts on one day and half on the other day, now it takes me about two and a half hours to complete on both the days and is actually quite tedious, however I wasn’t seeing many gains from the past two months so I decided to ask my bodybuilding.com friends about it, they told me that the workout was wrong.
Sure enough, it wasn’t right. It was prescribed to me by the gym trainers and apparently so that my gains would be slow and I wouldn’t leave the gym early. So anyways then, I’ve decided to move on to a better SPLIT workout for the week, working everything twice a week, drinking my protein and eating good. The gains should come by. I’m also hoping for my bench press to go UP, since it has been low for quite a long time, maybe I should use a spotter? But I don’t feel right to do that since people who use spotters could never be 100% sure that they really lifted the weight they did.
At least thats not the case with me.

So I guess all of you must have seen people bodybuilding live in a Gym. Now, when a person is bodybuilding ie lifting the weights off the ground etc. They are applying energy to the thing, and a LOT of energy there. But applying that energy isn’t really getting to any use except for shaping up their own body.
So, I was thinking, that at least in the machines, what if there could be a system installed which could generate electricity in some amount upon weight being lifted? and the greater the weight lifted the greater the electricity generation.
It is not a commercial solution to electricity, but it could probably help in playing music, recharging ipods and cellphones etc. So… let me know what you think.

Alright so this happened today.
I was looking at some videos on Youtube and came upon one with the Mortal Kombat theme in it, it had been years since I heard that theme and I thought it was cool so I downloaded it (the theme song)
Now I heard it for quite a while in the afternoon and went to the gym in the evening (I go on my bicycle), just as I got out of my building, the song started playing in my mind and… I got some sort of energy or whatever and I sped so much I even overtook a lot of motorcycles on the streets.
When I reached the gym, the song was still playing. I lifted more than I usually did and had lifting advancements in all the exercises I did. I didn’t even feel any pain or anything. It seemed normal.
All I can say is, MORTAL KOMBAT! That song gave me power.
Let me know your thoughts

Alright I made myself and my brother this very nice banana shake with my supplement.
Here’s the ingredients (for two glasses)
4 Bananas
1 and a half glasses of milk
2.5 Tbsps Sugar
3-4 Tbsps Supplement (In my case gainer xl chocolate flavor)
Put the milk in a utensil, then break the bananas into pieces and put them in too, then also put your sugar in and the supplement.
When you’re done, take a churner and churn it all up, when its all dissolved, put the things in glasses, put an ice cube in and its ready!
If you don’t have a churner though, don’t freak out. Just do it with your hand, you’ll have to make smaller pieces of the bananas and the process would just take a little bit longer. But yeah
Cheers! Enjoying my first supplement shake

So I was doing basic stuff on Machines and Crunches to lose bellyfat since quite some time now but now my Gym instructors have changed my workout. I’ll post it completely here soon.
The new workout includes deadlifts, more curls and other stuff I can’t remember off the top of my head. When I first did it all my arm nerves sprang up. Seriously I felt powerful. But yeah with this new workout I felt it was targetting the places I never even touched before.
I am not required to do crunches anymore, but I will keep doing them at home since I know how wonderful they are. If only my parents don’t mind that is!
I also haven’t been on a proper diet ever since I started, so I guess its about time too. My next post will be about an uber cool supplement I purchased from the gym.
