Getting close.
It's been about four months since I started my recovery period, and I'm getting to the point where I think I can begin working out again. I have been doing some bodyweight pushups and chins at home to limber up. When I do, my left elbow still "grinds" feels "stiff" aftrewards, so it's not all well, but I'm anxious to start training again. As per my plan, I will continue my Pilates and Resistance Stretching, but will soon start working with the Static Contitioning Training (SCT) http://www.staticcontraction.com/index.html
I'll take it easy and see what happens...
