I'm making good progress in my elbows; my right feels almost 100%, but my left is not quite there yet. I'm able to do most Pilates moves without too much discomfort, and my resistance stretching has improved vastly. I'm beginning some pushup/pullup bodyweight workouts at home to see how my elbows deal with stress, even light stress. I hope I can then move on to my SCT training. It will be interestng to see if core-strengthening has improved my overall strength.
It may be early spring before I can safely get back under the iron.
