“Take it easy for a while…”
Thursday, February 7th, 2008Damn! My back went out unexpectedly last week (not in the gym) and laid me up pretty badly. Went to the chiropractor a few days ago and he fixed me back up, but pronounced those words I hear so often:
”Take it easy for a while and lay off the weights.”
So, I’m off my training again for another two or three weeks, but plan to start training again by the first of March. This time I hope I give both my back and rotator cuff time to completely heal.
It’s real hard to make progress when dealing with constant injury.
