Getting better
Thursday, June 7th, 2007Well, it’s been almost three weeks, and my injuries seem to be on the mend. My Chiroparctor/Kinesiologist has done some great things, but he still wants me to wait another three weeks before I resume weight training. Grrr! But I will do as he says.
My injured brachialis tendon is slowly improving, but I am not sure what will happen when I start stressing it again. Hopefully I can work around the issue. As a last resort, I may need to look at orthoscopic surgery to clean things up. We will see…
My cardio is moving along well; I am surprised at what I can do now. I can’t wait to get back into the gym with my improvements and improved endurance. I should make really good progress with an improved base!
