So I saw this coming… but the girl I loved and cared for broke up with me tonight…. She was the only reason I was happy…. I see her at work almost every night… get to look at her beautiful face…. and now it’s shattered all in a moment… and I’m not going to put her down or blame her because she did what she felt was right…. but my everyday happiness has just gone down the tubes and I dont know what to do…….. I just had to vent on here…

I can’t stand not being in the gym, but muscle rebuilding is required sometimes haha.. its only one day though Instead, today I’m going to embarass my g/f while shes at work training new hiree’s and deliver her a bouquet of flowers and assortment stuff!! Then I work all night like every night so yeah..
Everyone have a great day and KEEP TRAINING HARD!

So today I did back and traps.. Very good workout for being pretty early in the morning! Also.. I know I’ve been putting off getting progress pictures up.. and I’m working on that.. I’m going to talk to my g/f today sometime about it and see if she has a decent camera that will take some good pictures.. and I’m going to find a self tanner so I can have some color when I take the pictures LOL ANYWAY… here’s today’s workout for those that care. (only working sets)
Pullups(body): 14/13 on a bit wider grip… 3rd set was narrow overhand for 9 reps. All sets were overhand.
T-Bar Rows: 230×11
Machine Row: 300×8 (good perfect form, I was slacking form last week)
Deadlifts(only slight bend in knee): 405×11
Barbell Shrugs: 430×11 (faster paced reps) and then took 15 sec break and did 12 reps with 90’s in my hands.
** I think I broke all my previous back/trap workout’s records… WHich is good, my personalized routine seems to be working very well.. and on a side note, my legs are far from contest ready, but I’m noticing a lot more shape in my calves all around, and my quads are starting to fill out better!
Train hard!

First off… This isn’t meant to bash anyone in particular or piss anyone off… I’m just going to get out what I believe some people on the forums always overlook..
I see a lot of more viewed pages of people that are either 1. Extremely cut and skinny/ or of women that just try to impress all the men on this site with their near naked bodies… THis site is for improving general health and progressing in fitness/bodybuilding.
Secondly, I get sick of seeing people on bodyspace leave comments to people that have like 4% bodyfat, saying they look huge… when they’re just ripped… and In fact, arent even that big.. And then I see people asking them for advice when it really isn’t too complicated. Yes, it is a good accomplishment to be ripped, but it is often confused with actual size. There is a difference between being very cut and very big. It also takes a lot of hard work, and years of training to be big, when it just takes proper dieting to become cut to a % of BF you want. (depending on how big you are starting off, you may have to diet longer, which makes it progressively harder)
But I’m just ranting and saying.. .We should all look farther into what we comment. Don’t just look at looks, appreciate those that work hard on a daily basis and encourage everyone. It’s hard to explain where I’m coming from with all of this.. but it all sparked when I went to one of the top 8 guy’s profiles (the one with 4% bf) and read some comments on his pictures… just made me sick..
That is all

So you know you’re a hardcore lifter when you and your friend are with a bunch of people, canoeing on a river, and people you pass by laugh at you because you both are drinking a half gallon of milk and amino water instead of beer… It was hilarious… and they were making fun of me and him while we just laughed because they were fat and we aren’t! mwhahahaha… thats my story.

This is why I love to lift weights…
A guy waves me over to the bar at work tonight and asks "man you look good, you lift weights?" I laughed and said, "no, this is all natural." and of course we both laughed and joked around for a bit and he went on for like 5 minutes praising me and telling me how awesome it is that I keep in good shape and with how "big" I am.. I live for comments like this… it’s stuff like this that adds on to the list of why being healthy and built is great

Just finished a nice long delt/trap workout with some abs in there. As the title says, today was my first day on shock therapy. Of course, the taste wasnt too great, as most powders arent which concerned with N.O. supps, but I dont care about taste.. I had some good endurance in the gym like with ANimal Pump, but I noticed a better pump than with AP. I think I’ll stick with this for a while and see how it goes. I usually dont get much of a pump with shoulders either.
As for the pictures.. I’m heading to my friend’s (not the same one that took my before pics) but hopefully his camera is better than mine and shows what I want shown in my pics a bit better. Check in within the hour to see the progress pictures! -Brian
