Day 1 of new diet / supp regiment
So, yesterday was day 1 of my new stack and diet. I did legs on day 1 to properly introduce the new stuff to my body
Quads / calves obviously being the hardest workout I put my body through during the week. I was pretty impressed with my numbers and endurance felt very good during the workout.
-Warmed up
-Breathing Squats** : 315 lbs for 20 reps. (could have done at least 3-5 more reps before legs started to fail)
-Sled Squats: 950lbs for 8 reps without help.
-Front Squats 225lbs for 10 reps ( easy, was just burning out)
-Smith Machine Squats 100lbs for 25 reps with rest at bottom of each rep, butt touching ground.
Also did calf stuff in between each set.
** Breathing Squats are a technique used to boost test levels since it taxes your entire body and cardio/neverous system. In short, you take 3 breaths full DEEP breaths between each rep and go down for the next rep after you take in the 3rd breath. You are supposed to do your 10 rep max for starting weight then go up each week. **
Today is my day off, and tomorrow will be chest/abs. I’m looking forward to seeing how the pump and str numbers go up on chest. Update pics coming soon once I find my camera =D
