Constant obstacles…
Seems like the person who wants to work the hardest always gets shafted… I took a little break off of lifting to help joints recover and to keep my body guessing… Well, of course the day before I start lifting, I get sick. I say, hey it’s some cold virus, I’ll just push through it. So I take it easy the first 3 days of lifting… But I get a lot more sick after the 3rd day.
Now I’ve taken over 5 weeks off of some body parts and I’m getting anxious to get back into the gym. Every time I try to better myself, something pushes me back. I can’t wait til I can get back into the gym
I’m hoping I feel good enough to go tomorrow.
