Day 1
I was severely disappointed with my workout today. I got about half way through my full body workout and got to squats. I did 275lbs of wide stance full deep squats for 17 reps ( which is good) but then 2 minutes later I hit a brick wall..
I started getting shakey and sick to my stomach and felt really light headed. I figured I’d rest for a few minutes (10) and see if it went away since I just did a hard leg set. It didnt… I ended up calling it quits after one more exercise of trying to push it.
I don’t know whether it was something in the PLASMAJET or due to my new workout routine, but it wasn’t good. I am going to revert back to my normal workout routine on wednesday and see if I still get that sick feeling. Hopefully I don’t. I would be disappointed if I had to stop taking the product and return it.
