Crazy Legs
Did 3 different main exercises today for hammies and quads, all consisting of 4 drop sets.
The 4 were…
Narrow Leg Press | | Leg Curl Machine | | 1 Leg Squats (under guided BB)
All 3 exercises started at a weight I could do about 12 times. I went to failure and immediately took off a certain amount of weight and went to failure again with no break. Did this a total of four times on each exercise.
*I did calves after all of this, also working in a 4-teir drop set on the standing calf raise for a real burn and pump
Afterwards, I did a cooldown set on the Leg Extension machine and also on the standing leg curl machine.
I am going to my grandmother’s funeral wednesday so I will be out of town for 2 days with no lifting ;( Look forward to hearing from you all on thursday!
