Week 2: for a cause
Today was the first day of the second week on my current high rep/ no breaks routine. My Grandmother passed away this morning and figured it’d only be right to dedicate this week’s workouts for her, bless her heart. She was a great woman that raised 7 fine young children (including my father
) and deserves recognition.
I did arms and abs today and since I really am not trying to progress in numbers, just get a good hard workout in; I didn’t keep track of weight or anything. The workout went really well, though, and I’m sure G’ma would be proud
