New routine
So after getting overtrained and not eating enough to sustain my positive nitrogen balance, I changed up my workout starting today… and I must say it went very well

Hey, I checked out your new regimen & it got me thinking…what’s the deal with increased endurance in the left arm?! I’ve got the exact same situation going! I used to drink a lot of beer with my left arm, I carry my briefcase over my left shoulder, etc. but I can’t-for-the-life-of-me figure out how this happens. Also, that’s some pretty stout numbers you’re putting up. Best of luck with your training! al
