I’m continuing to post up on my log on the forums of my routine Keep checking in.
A side note, my 21st birthday is in 2 days!! WOO! I might have to take a day off of lifting to recover from alcohol poisoning… rofl.. I hardly ever drink so I’ll use this as an excuse to have some fun for once.
Hope everyone is pushing hard in their workouts and eating/sleeping smart.

I’m opening up my package of Animal Pak today to take before my workout… To my surprise, I noticed something odd right away. I was missing a pill out of my packet!!! I always take the pills down in pairs and groups and I noticed I was missing one of the darker, larger pills!!! DAMN You scuba steve!!! Thought that was funny. I guess companies screw up sometimes lol.
On a happier note, my workouts are going well and are still up in my log

So it’s been a long time since I’ve posted update pictures on the site. I believe I will do so here in the next week or two. I’m also going to start a cutting phase for the first time ever to see how cut I can actually be when I try to cut. Since this is my first time doing this, I will keep a detailed log with progress pictures/diet/routine to show weekly progress and what not. If you would like to follow it, I will be creating a log sometime soon.. Whisper or respond to this if you would like to follow along

I’m finally home from vacation and after over 12 days of not lifting I got back into the gym today and got a good workout in. I was off all sups for over 2 weeks.. It’ll be nice to get back into routine and start hitting things hard again

So today was my last day of lifting before I headed to vaca for 10 days… And my gym was closed due to a pike break that flooded the basement of my gym , and broke down the furnace. Also I feel like I’m starting to come down with something sickness wise YET AGAIN… I don’t understand why it’s happening so often this winter… Anyway… As I get better on the trip, I"ll be doing abs and pushups a lot of the time to keep in shape haha.
Hope everyone has a great next week and a half without me!
