Second day back in the gym was today… so far so good on the intensity and numbers.. I can’t wait til next week when I’m back in full swing! Today’s numbers are up in my log.
It’s been 12 days since an actual workout for me due to sickness and infection. I still my ear infection right now, and after 8 days of being on ammoxacillin (sp?) for it, I still have my infection. I’m sick of waiting for it to go away so I’m going to try my leg and back workout that I was supposed to be doing 12 days ago…
