So today was day 4 back into lifting, and my cold seems to be lingering back again… My energy and endurance is just shot. Getting plenty of sleep, plenty of antioxidants and vit’s c, a and e… I’m only doing light workouts just so I can work back into it, but it doesnt seem to be helping. I’m praying that I get over this soon and get back into my normal routine…
Oh, and I miss driving my 400 horsepower LS2 Powerhouse GTO
