Today
So… Today was an off day for lifting, but I decided to go into the gym and get a light workout in, specially since I need to keep hammering my calves for competitions next year!!
Anyway, I just did 5 sets of forearm curls, supinated and pronated.
Also did 5 sets of ab stuff on the decline bench
Did some minor exercises for shoulder rotator cuffs to keep them strengthened
And lastly, did a ton of calf set stuff mixed with…
1. 1-Leg standing calf raises
2. 2-Leg Machine Straight leg calf raises
3. Sitting calf raises with 100lb DB on knee/thigh.
4. Burnout set of 25/25/35 reps with 400/300/200lbs on the freemotion calf machine.
It was a good light workout to get into the gym. Now to eat!
