Day 4 of the stack

Day 3: Not so off day!

 TOday is a scheduled off day for me.  I decided to use it as a day to push calves pretty hard, due to the fact that I’m trying to hit them 2-3 times a week right now.  So all the information is in the link there at the bottom of my log.  Enjoy :)

The calm before the storm…

So today was an official "off-day" for me, but I wanted to do some body parts that needed attending to.  Forearms, rotator cuffs and calves was where it was at … I did 4 sets of supinated and pronated wrist curls, 6 sets of different motions with cables for cuffs on each arm…. and blasted calves pretty hard, hoping to spark even more growth to help them catch up…

But that’s not the point of this blog…

Today is the last day before new growth ignites and an even greater fire sparks up from inside of me… and the driving force behind that will be…

1. Controlled Labs’ : "GlycerGrow"

&

2. Universal’s: "Animal M-Stak"

My other supplement came in today!!! Controlled Labs "GlycerGrow."   Like I said, I will be starting my log on GlycerGrow and M-Stak starting sunday!  Today and tomorrow are dedicated rest days… But this afternoon I’m going to play some handball with the guys for some cardio, and tomorrow I"m doing a light supporting muscle workout with some calf stuff.. and also forearms and rotator cuffs. 

Get ready for sunday! It’s going to be a mind-blowing workout ;)

So today my shipment came in; and as always, I felt like it was Christmas again!  haha!  Got some more Animal Pak & Torrent.  Also got a new product in= Universal Animal M-Stak.  I’m ready to push my natural anabolism to the next level now!! 

In other news, I was a bit tender today still but my workout was pretty good :) Didn’t want to overdo it but I pushed myself as close as I could to failure without actually failing on most stuff.

DB Flat Bench Press: 90’s in each hand(max weight in our gym) x 4 sets x 10 reps

Front Shoulder DB Raises: 50’s in each hand x 4 sets x 10 reps

EZ-Curl Bar Standing Curls (wide): 75lbs x 4 sets x 12 reps

Close-Grip Cable Pushdowns: 205lbs x 4 sets x 12 reps

Close-Grip Cable Pulldowns: 210lbs(max on machine) x 4 sets x 15 reps  ( these were pretty easy, really had to focus on using back to make them somewhat hard )

 That’s it :) Train hard!! I’m starting M-stak on sunday when my next week of training begins!  Also starting GlycerGrow from controlled labs mid next week when I get it!  I’ll start posting actual logs of progress in the forums for these when I got them both going.

So, I decided to switch back to my White flood/Green Mag stack for pre-workout… that’s item number one of the day… 

Secondly, Idk whether it’s from taking a 5 day break off of lifting while I was sick; or if it’s switching up routines, but my Tri’s / chest are very sore still from the workout two days ago.. Maybe I pushed them too hard.  SO today I could NOT do my chest/shoulder/arm workout as planned… Instead, I did my abdominals and calves since I need to work calves 2-3 times a week to catch them up anyway.

HOPEFULLy tomorrow my body will be recooperated enough to do my planned workout I was supposed to do today.

Today/Log post

Tuesday, October 9th, 2007

New post in my NaNO Vapor log.  I ordered Universal’s "M-Stak" to help in my routine since I"m going to up the intensity, and I need ALL THE HELP I can get with immune boosting and natural anabolism.  So my log may end up being an M-stak log also.. So far I’ve noticed nothing too crazy that’s great about NaNO Vapor.  Kinda disapointing.  I will most likely switch back to white flood/green magnitude for pre-workout tomorrow and let my brother use the remainder of NaNO and pay me for it.  EIther way, I still continue posting daily training logs.
