So friday and saturday were off days for my lifting routine… and since the gym was closed for today, was forced to take a 3rd day off… BUT I did play 2 hours of soccer and worked 6 hours instead of lifting… it was a great cardio workout. Tomorrow I start week 6 of my new routine and will continue with my log / stack of M-stak and GlycerGrow.
It was a long weekend full of crazy happenings and not much sleep so it’s probably best I got the 3 days off
