New 3-week routine/money

Also… Buying a newer car since I feel like it so I’m going to be a bit more strict on when and what supps I buy for a while, at least til’ I see how my money situation works out… I may have to drop some supps from my arsenal :( booo!

Weekend

So Friday and Saturday were both off days, but I ended up playing a flag football game sponsored for my workplace.  My team ended up winning too :)   Just wanted to let you all know I was still exercising over the weekend and that I’ll be posting up a new workout log tonight after I lift!

Old memories

My friend found an old picture of me from about 2.5-3 years ago… about 2 years after I first picked up a weight… even back then I was TINY!!  Amazing how far i’ve come.  It’s under progress pictures; check it out!

No rest for the wi…college student?

So friday and saturday were off days for my lifting routine… and since the gym was closed for today, was forced to take a 3rd day off… BUT I did play 2 hours of soccer and worked 6 hours instead of lifting… it was a great cardio workout.  Tomorrow I start week 6 of my new routine and will continue with my log / stack of M-stak and GlycerGrow.

 It was a long weekend full of crazy happenings and not much sleep so it’s probably best I got the 3 days off ;)
