Week 3: Day 1
ALmost forgot to write up today’s workout! It went really well, and I upped the numbers by 5lbs for both major exercises and did 5 reps on each set with good form! Like always, each set was 2 reps from failure or so.
Barbell Squats(deep/wide): 340lbs for 5 sets at 5 reps per set
Strt. Legged Deadlifts: 390lbs for 5 sets at 5 reps per set
Just doesn’t feel like a lot of back work for one day… But I’m going to keep following the routine down to the "T". After this week, I do completely different exercises for every body part and will do those for 3 more weeks.. So I’m not too concerned
