Not so off day
Like last week, I took my first of two off days to do some minor stuff, nothing crazy. Did a lot of calf stuff and some sets of forearms and rotator cuff exercises to allow me to lift heavier on presses/ bicep movements and such. Tomorrow is a complete rest / study for tests day and then week 3 will begin on thursday!

Enjoy your day. Although I must say studing is not the way I would want to spend it.
