Back to heavy! Arms…
So my light week is done and I’m tryin to get at least one good workout in before I hit up the lake for the weekend one last time before fall kicks in. I’m pressed for time ( got a class sooon) so here’s the workout! (I’m only showing working sets to failure)
EZ-Curl Bar Curls: 135×8 (9 with help)
EZ-Bar Close Grips: 225×10 (11 with help)
Hammer Curls DB: 70’s x 9 reps (very slow controlled reps, no swinging)
Skullcrushers: 125×8 (9 with help)
Close-Grip Cable Curls: 180×11
French Curls(tris): 110×9 (it’s easy to cheat on these, so this week, I lowered the weight by 5lbs and focused on contraction and form.)
Also did burnout sets for bi’s and tri’s to get the blood flowing at the end and did 4 sets of supinated wrist curls and pronated to work forearms.. They’re still rock hard as I type this.. It’s making it hard!
