Light week: legs (not so light lmao)
So today was my "light" leg day for the week… needless to say, it was still pretty exhausting.
Superset 1: (3 sets back to back of each of the two exercises)
-BB Squats & One-Legged Calf Raises (w/ 45lb plate) **Sets of 12 // 8 reps**
Superset 2: (same deal with 3 sets)
-Front Squats & " "
Superset 3:
-One-Legged Sled Squats & " "
Superset 4:
-Leg Extensions & Leg Curls (machines) **Did one leg at a time on each machine for 15 reps per leg per machine**
***Also did 6 sets of 8-10 reps on the standing calf raise machine // Freemotion Machine squats supersets
Lastly… Did 3 sets of static holding contracted calfs (one leg at a time) on the balance ball thing( hard to explain) Did this for 30 seconds per leg, holding a 25lb plate in my hand.
I really burned calves today.. hoping to shock some new growth.. they need to catch up faster!
