So today was my first light workout day for the week.. one, to change my workout up so my body gets confused.. and two, so I can recover from the last month of heavy lifting! Numbers really aren’t important, due to the fact that nothing was heavy.. but this is the layout
Arms…
Did 4 different combination of supersets for bi’s/tris ..each superset went back and forth for 3 sets of 15 reps.
1. Hammer Curls//One armed behind head DB Tri extensions
2. 1 arm cable curl//1 arm reverse grip cable pushdown
3. Concentration curls//static contracted 1 arm DB pushbacks
4. 2-hand wide-grip cable curls//Flare-out rope pushdowns
Calves/Ab’s
Did 15 SETS of one legged stiff calf raises (with 25lb plate in hand) for 12 reps each… throughout the workout
Ab’s
-3 sets of hanging knee raises -3 sets of 25 crunches//15(each side) side bends ** on decline bench **
-2 sets of 1 min long stationary leg raises
I made up the entire workout today.. I wanted to focus mostly on 1 armed exercises/ 1 legged… to help build symmetry in my body.
