Other half legs
Did other half of leg day today with some abs in there .. went pretty well.. Did stiff legged deadlifts for 3 sets at 335 lbs, at 8 reps per set. felt pretty easy.. I coulda done a lot more, but I wanted to get form down first because I’ve never actually done str. leg deadlifts. 335 is a good starting point
Other than that I did some leg curls and isolation bend over’s with a 35lb plate. Tomorrow will be arms if my forearms don’t hurt too much.. .Today they’re pretty sore.
