Rude Awakening
Haven’t done chest in two weeks due to vaca and routine change up so when I went in today to do chest/triceps I was a bit dissapointed.. My numbers (reps) dropped slightly.. nothing huge to worry about for the normal person, but to me, it was something… I’m sure next week I’ll jump right back up and not have a problem with it, though.. tomorrow is leg day, So I’m anxious for that to come. Hope everyone is doing well in their training.
