Dissapointment
Wanted to do both chest and back today before I went on vaca since it’s been almost 2 weeks since I did either due to doing biceps and triceps on solo days instead of with back and chest, Buttttt my shoulders were still weak from 2 days ago and I was forced to just do Back muscles today… Got some good Row and deadlift numbers in so that was good. This will be a good few day break.. and after I come back I’m starting a new routine so I’m pumped for that. Have a good weekend everyone. -Brian
