Gotten sick recently. I will be unable to post anything and I’m unable to work-out currently.
Trying to get going again, but been sick too much in the last year and I keep losing weight. Frustrating.

I really want to add some bulk. I practice kung fu and I need the mass to stop knocking myself back when I strike or kick. But I do NOT want to add any fat anywhere. I’m 32 and really like the fact that I maintain a waist considerable less than my age and smaller than 5 years ago. I have the kind of job where it’s impossible in the summer for me to gain weight and last year I lost 20 lbs June to September, this year just about 10lbs.
Any ideas about diet?
I’d like to bulk up my shoulders and pecs and I’m working on a stronger core/ abs for stability.
