I’ve been doing tons more cardio (to the detriment of my strength routine) which is helping me slowly keep the weight off. I do between 45-90 minutes of cardio every day (besides Sunday).
I believe I’ll continue doing this. My highest weight was 240lbs. So, I’m doing not-too-shabby.

I feel like things are slowing down a bit.
Diet is still good (i.e. no cheats but I’m prob. not eating/drinking enough) but… I dunno.
Something isn’t right.

So, day 17 and… well, I’m not feeling it today.
SO, I’ll use today as my ‘off’ day and hit it tomorrow. Having a 2hr meeting w/ guys in suits from a large corporation drains the hell out of me.
Anyhow, no worries. Still eating just fine.
Tomorrow I’ll do arms and maybe some cardio after work.

Where did day 15 go? Weird. I’m sure I posted it. Anyhow, for the 15th, we did legs and 30 min. cardio.
Today, I did chest and biceps, keeping up w/ the diet well.
No carbs all day long again.

Sunday, I did nothing. Felt great.
Monday, did shoulders and triceps @ PF. Was going to do PM cardio but had other obligations and ended up moving heavy equipment for an hour so that’ll do.

rough chest workout as I really pushed myself.
then my feeeyance and i went and shot guns, that was fun.
tonight i get a pizza and a little chocolate for cheat night;. tomorrow back to strict diet. cant wait to eat.

not too awful bad for a friday. did a good arm workout during lunch, 30 minutes of cardio after work. drank a lot of water, peed my brains out throughout the evening.

Day 10.
45 minutes of cardio during lunch today. I think I need to adjust my diet. Still 0 carb, but I think I’m overdoing it on the fats via oils and nuts I’m putting into my food. Haven’t lost any weight this week whatsoever.

Day 9, I suppose.
Got my bb.com order in. Buncha 0 carb protein stuff and bcaas and multipacks and zma. yay. oh, and a shirt.
Today I did shoulders.
Seated shoulder press (db)
Seated crucifixions (db)

Reverse Pec Dec machine
Shoulder shrugs (barbell)

Not too awful bad, but PF was prob. about 80 degrees today, I don’t know what was wrong w/ the A/C. Tomorrow I’ll do some cardio. Still sticking to the ‘no carb’ bit. I haven’t had any urges, perhaps I should cut something else out to make myself feel like I’m missing something. Lost a few pounds so far, nothing drastic.
