What I’ve been up to…
After my last post, I sat back and thought about the workout I was doing. All those pushups and everything else I was doing was good, but I needed to do something overall to kick my ass. Google is a good friend, and here’s a few things I found:

I especially like the burpees. I used to do them all the time when I was younger, just forgot about the benefit they give. Best workout ever, and I’ve been seeing good results, and I feel lighter and stronger. Pics are going up soon.
