Gotta love Sundays…
Lots of homework today (I’m a Game Art and Design student at Westwood College Online), and in between breaks, I crank out 25 pushups, 25 bodyweight squats, and vacuums, just to stay loose. I’ve been doing this for the past 4 days, and today, I noticed something cool as hell.
I put my size 38 jeans on with no problem.
Who says you need to lift weights to lose a few inches??
This is a big accomplishment for me, and I never even knew I was doing something good. I thought I was just trying to stay awake and finish my work, but I might be on to something here, haha!
