Finally, an update!
It’s been a while since I’ve posted anything, but a lot has happened.
Got a messed up knee from work. Being on your feet all day, slipping and sliding all over a wet floor, and running up and down stairs like a maniac will do that to you. As a result, I couldn’t work out like I usually do, I got pissed off, and I didn’t feel like writing anything, haha!
Knees still sore, despite the rehab I’ve been putting on it, but I have to take meds for the swelling. I hate meds. I’ve been looking into alternative methods of healing for my knee, but herbologists around here like to charge too damn much. So, I’ll deal with it.
I have been keeping up with my pushups and other exercises, though. They’ve been a good stress reliever, and honestly, it’s helped in getting me back into shape. Whoever though that 200 pushups a day would tone the hell out of you?
