Phew…
Wednesday, May 16th, 2007Today was insane…. well, at least for my level.
Worked legs, abs, and shoulders. 4 leg workouts, 3 ab/lower back workouts, and 2 shoulder workouts. Afterwards, I ran about a mile home… my legs are not going to want to move tomorrow morning, but that’s okay.
Breakfast was a bowl of granola with 2% milk and a banana. After workout, a whey protien shake, another banana, a few slices of melon, and a swig or two of gatorade A.M.
Dunno what lunch will be, most likely a slab of grilled halibut and a small shrimp cocktail.
Later tonight I have a couple hours of gung fu… so all is well in the health department today.
