Just haven't been feeling it lately. I get on this site and cannot do anything. The tech geeks are no help. Just not motivated anymore to do anything. My main goal is to just get through the hours at work.
Well, time has passed along for two months now. Out playing soccer or as I like to call it "football". It was fun to get out on the pitch and play the game. After a few weekends I noticed it was all a waste of time. I joined a League. I expect it to be ran to the standards I am use to seeing in other leagues. This league is 7v7, not 11v11. There are too many so called players trying to be the star. I love the game, I know it inside and out. I see things on the pitch and then it is gone. These douche bags would see it also if they would look up and not at the ground.
I guess what I got out of it was some good cardio. Worked out the rust on my skills. Met some new people. Not much else.
My player card is up next year and I will wait and see what happens. Right now I am turning my focus back to lifting. I don't know how far I want to take it. I just know a 5 gallon water jug should not be kicking my ass.
Cardio will probably be a three day week thing(M-W-F) at a moderate pace.
Lifting will be more on a conditioning level for the first week to bust the rust and get the muscles back in the swing of things. After that I will take a look at the next step.
Goal-I am still looking at the 180-200lb area
