YES I EAT…3000 kcal/day, do very little cardio because it is hard for me to not loose weight. Am trying to gain about 10 pounds of muscle…please tell me best weight gainer protein powder!!!!!!!

Times Past, I used Weight Gainer xx00, think it was made by Twinlab. If you can handle milk & egg, MLO tastes pretty good. For years, I’ve stuck with Optimum Nutrition, but I’ve never tried gaining weight with them. In case you don’t already know, stuff with creatine in it will likely mess with your mood and can affect testosterone levels (especially in males like me). Though creatine will likely help you add weight through H2O retention, I’d recommend steering clear of it for now.
