Usually, my Sunday long runs are after a long night of drinking.  Things are changing for the better, but still, I wake up later than I’d like.  Me and my teammate (aka my roomate) run for 8 or more miles. Beautiful weather, but I’m out of shape; damn.

picture of my leg. I don’t work out my legs other than what running does.  Working out my legs and running does not mix well for the running.

2007 Summer Transformation

Saturday, May 5th, 2007

What does it take to be a champion? Desire, dedication, determination, concentration, and the indomitable will to succeed.  My journey begins May 14, 2007.

Plans & Goals

I will be continuing to bodybuild, while at the same time, training for Fall’s Cross Country Season.  This will require of balance, and patience to better myself everyday without overtraining.  I will be loyal to my training - no matter what it takes.  I will post progress pictures, training details, and of course, endless inspiration for whom share the same feeling that keeps us wanting more.
