			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I haven&#8217;t made any posts on here since I formed my page, but I figured I&#8217;d make a new post. I was wondering on everyone&#8217;s opinions on the P90X Routines.  I&#8217;ve done a few of the workouts from the series, but I&#8217;ve yet to actually do the full 90 day routine.  I&#8217;m thinking of starting up on it and doing it to the T for the next 90 days.  I&#8217;m going to be doing a party in March for Spring Break, so I want to see how well the routine works in the time span.  If it works good, I may wait a few weeks and do a second routine and mix it with the weight room to pick up a little more size.  I&#8217;ll be doing the cycle using Shotgun for preworkout, SizeON during/post, and either MuscleMilk or GNC&#8217;s Wheybolic 60 for a low cal protein shake.

		<description><![CDATA[I&#8217;m new on the site, but not quite so new to the weight lifting environment.&#160; I&#8217;ve been struggling with my morale lately though.&#160; I feel as if whenever I lift, I only get larger.&#160; Nothing really helps me to slim out and cut up. Does anyone have any recommendations?
