Body Sculpting
I’m new on the site, but not quite so new to the weight lifting environment. I’ve been struggling with my morale lately though. I feel as if whenever I lift, I only get larger. Nothing really helps me to slim out and cut up. Does anyone have any recommendations?

how’d you do on this? I see the post is about a year old. Don’t really wanna comment if you found something that works for ya, but while all lifting burns calories, lifting weight is primarily designed for conditioning of the muscle. Generally, aerobic exercise combined with anaerobic exercise is the best route towards an overall good phsique though.
