Perfectly said. I just talked to someone the other day who noticed that everything in my day revolves around my workout. Now that I have read your blog, I have realized that my whole life does revolve around working out. All day long, I focus on my workout, and what I am going to do when I get to the gym. I am so glad that there is someone else in this world who obsesses with their workouts.

Looks like a pretty good diet to me. Not sure why anyone would say building muscle and buring fat is conflicting. It's pretty widely know that more muscle promotes higher metabolism, resulting in more fat burning and a leaner physique. But it probably depends on your goals. Your diet looks pretty good as a general diet for a person of your size. It may change some if, say, you are preparing for a bodybuilding competition in the later stages building up to a comp. And it may change in a different way if you wanted to add a couple of more pounds to your physique. You might want to increase or decrease calories overall, or tweak your protetin intake accordingly. But I think it's still possible to do that and still be pretty lean.
