					<description>I am glad someone has had the same problem... reading through the forums it seems like I was an idiot for complaining about putting on bodyfat while trying to grow.  I know I will gain a little fat possibly because of the increase in calories, but I seriously got pudgy on the 3-day.</description>

i was doin a 4 day split
but i wanted better recovery so i tried a 3 day and i gained some body fat
so im going back to a 4 day split</description>
