3 Day Training split disaster
The 3 day split didn’t work for me at all. I did get a little stronger, but at the price of a lot more body fat.
It is not like I recover faster than the next average Joe, but I do seem to put on fat very easily. Training only 3 times a week was not enough to keep me gaining LEAN mass. I am switching to a modified DC training program and keeping up with some moderate post workout cardio.

i had the same problem
i was doin a 4 day split
but i wanted better recovery so i tried a 3 day and i gained some body fat
so im going back to a 4 day split

I am glad someone has had the same problem… reading through the forums it seems like I was an idiot for complaining about putting on bodyfat while trying to grow. I know I will gain a little fat possibly because of the increase in calories, but I seriously got pudgy on the 3-day.
