3 Day Training split disaster
December 14, 2007The 3 day split didn’t work for me at all. I did get a little stronger, but at the price of a lot more body fat.
It is not like I recover faster than the next average Joe, but I do seem to put on fat very easily. Training only 3 times a week was not enough to keep me gaining LEAN mass. I am switching to a modified DC training program and keeping up with some moderate post workout cardio.
