I’m starting a new workout program this week. I’m concentrating on one upper body part a week. I’m working on my legs twice a week though. Mondays I work quads and Thurs. I work hams with butt exercises. I need to switch things up for a couple of months.

Lifted heavy today. Rode my mountain bike for cardio. Rode hard and fast.

Weight trained legs with squats, lunges, and leg presses. Did an hour cardio.
