Well, after this morning’s cardio workout, I weighed-in and was happy to see I had lost 1.1 pounds and 0.3% bodyfat. This makes 2 weeks in a row I lost weight & bodyfat. Now I just have to keep on doing what I’ve been doing.

Now that my night class is over with, I can go to the gym M-F after work and dinner. That means I’ll be starting a new routine tomorrow night.

Since I finished my N.O.-Xplode on Friday, I decided to begin my cut diet on Monday (tomorrow 02-18). Wish me luck. I’ll be doing my full-body routine until my night classes end March 06. Then I plan on switching routines to a 5x a week split.

You could’ve knocked me over with a feather when I saw that I had lost 4.4 pounds and 0.8% bodyfat this past week.

After weighing-in this morning, I decided to start my Spring cut a but early. I was going to start my cut at the end of January, but I feel like I should start it a bit early.
Since I’ll be starting a new workout (because of a teaching schedule change), I figured I’d also start my cut.

Well, with the holiday eating and my new NO-Xplode, I was a bit surprised to see I gained 4.2 pounds. I was also a bit sad to see I gained 0.9% bodyfat. Once classes begin, I think I’ll go on a "cut".

When I weighed-in this morning after my cardio workout, I noticed that I gained 2.4 pounds and 0.5% bodyfat. I hope it’s mainly muscle since I’ve been hitting the gym harder now that my night class is over. As long as my pants still fit comfortably and I don’t look "sloppy", then I’m not too worried. This must mean my Ultimate Nutrition Horsepower is doing it’s job.

Last Sunday I had lost 2.0 pounds. Well, today after my cardio workout, I weighed-in and saw that I had gained 1.8 pounds. I guess I can contribute that to last week’s hard workouts coupled with my creatine blend (Ultimate Nutrition HorsePower).

Today after my Sunday morning cardio workout, I weighed-in. I gained 2.6 pounds and 0.5% bodyfat. While I know it’s mainly due to the increased gym time and creatine, my mind still freaks out when I see my weight go up. The only saving grace is that I don’t feel "flabby". I actually feel more "solid".

Well, after a long layoff, I decided to go back on Lipo-6X from Nutrex. I had good results last time, so I hope to have similar results this time too. At this point, I’ll do anything to lose bodyfat while holding on to as much muscle as possible.
